Full-time Automotive "B" Tech

Harbro is looking for a true team player to join our existing team of service technicians.

  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience as an automotive technician or mechanic?
  • Do you have knowledge of how to properly use diagnostic and repair equipment?
  • Do you possess a strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills?

Full-time Lube Tech

As a Lube Technician at Harbro, you will need the ability to perform basic maintenance duties, such as:
- Changing the engine oil and filters of customer, rental and retail vehicles.
- Topping off fluids as required.
- Testing the batteries
- Mount and balancing tires.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
- Performing multi-point inspections for our customers vehicles as they come in for routine services, and do so in a timely manner.

Service Advisor

If you possess the ability to smile, and greet customers with a positive attitude you can make a great addition to Team Harbro as a service advisor.

Other responsibilities include:
- Fielding incoming phone calls answering customer questions and setting appointments.
- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
- Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, customer service and good employee relations.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
