As early as age 10, Mark could be found washing cars in Harbro's busy recon center.  After working through high school, Mark maintained a full-time position as assistant manager of Harbro's Webster branch while attending Worcester State College.  Mark graduated with a degree in English, and took on the role of Director of Service.  Over the years, Mark has held virtually every position at Harbro, including Salesman, Service Manager, Inventory Coordinator, and finally Director.

Mark currently spends several days each week traveling throughout New England hand selecting pre-owned vehicles that meet Harbro's rigid quality demands.  He claims that good customer service begins with a good product, and views literally thousands of vehicles every week in search of the highest quality pre-owned cars that Harbro demands.

Mark lives in Uxbridge with his wife, 2 daughters, and their chihuahua, Chica.
