Restrictions:
  • To qualify for a full refund, less fees, you must have purchased your vehicle from Harbro without a trade-in.
  • If you traded a vehicle, you will be entitled to a full trade, less fees, towards any other vehicle you choose from Harbro, of equal or greater value.
  • The title must be available at the time you return the vehicle.
  • It will be your responsibility to apply for any refunds which may be available from the State or Motor Vehicle Dept.
  • To notify us you must fill out a form in person, at Harbro, within 30 days or 1500 miles (whichever comes first) from date of delivery.
  • You must return the vehicle within 60 days of purchase, in the same condition that you received it.
  • You may not return more than one vehicle in any 12 month period.

Fees Apply To All Returns:

  • You will be responsible for a usage fee of $200.00 per month plus 20 cents per mile, as well as any damage to vehicle.

Take your time and consider many things before you make your decision. Try to think of your dealership the same as you would think of any other professional relationship. Be careful of "dealers" that are not committed to customer satisfaction. If your dealership treats you well, stay with them. You wouldn?t change your doctor or lawyer just because you saw a misleading ad to lure you in. Think about your dealer the same way. You will be glad you did.
