    Harbro has thousands of extremely loyal clients who conduct our main source of advertising; "word of mouth".

    In 1992, we introduced our Industry Exclusive 30 Day Satisfaction Buy-Back Promise.
    It was our hope that other dealers would begin to offer a similar promise, and we could slowly change the negative reputation used car dealers have earned over the years.  While we have not found any other new or used car dealer that will offer such a program, we continue to do so, and are happy to do our part in changing the auto industry one customer at a time.  We hope this promise will eliminate any fears you might have about used cars or used trucks purchased from Harbro, and possibly even help to improve the industry!


    It is really quite simple; it goes like this:

    If within 30 days or 1500 miles of your vehicle purchase at Harbro you are not completely satisfied - we will buy or trade it back !

    It's almost like taking our dealership for a 30 day test drive!    

    This promise is not to be confused with the Massachusetts standard 7 day Lemon Laws which allow the return of used cars for serious mechanical or structural flaws and other warranty non-compliance issues.

    This promise is designed to ensure that the preowned used car or preowned used truck you have selected, our dealership, and your overall Harbro experience and relationship is one that you'll want to enjoy for years to come!
