Harbro went the extra mile to get me the exact features I wanted in a car. They were very patient with my frequent questions & phone calls. Came across as genuine and as having integrity, I loved the relaxed store environment. Everytime that I came into the office, they were kind, and interested. Of course, waiting 2 months for a car got fustrating, but I appreciate that they have done all they could to get everything in place. I love my car!! |

The service we received from Mike was exceptional, he is very interested in selling you what you want not what needs to be sold, like other car dealerships. As he found out that our son was buying the car, and we were just financing it for him, he directed all of his sales knowledge and answers to our son David. When the day after David got the car and was in a minor accident, Mike truly cared. We are definitely buying our next car at Harbro. Our kids said that they will too. This is the first time we have bought a car at Harbro. The experience was so pleasant that I feel it was a dream. Mark, Bob, and Mike got the paperwork together and were so organized that we couldn't believe it! When we picked up our 1999 Ford Taurus, it was like picking up a new car! I was looking for a car and previously my daughter and son helped me get one. This time my daughter lived in Wisconsin, and my son's time is limited.
