Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a down payment?
At Harbro Auto Sales, the need for a down payment depends on various factors, including your credit situation and the financing option you choose. While some financing options may require a down payment, others may offer the flexibility of low or no down payment. Our team is committed to working with you to understand your unique circumstances and find a solution that aligns with your budget. We'd be happy to discuss your specific needs and explore financing options that suit you best. Feel free to reach out to us, and we'll provide personalized assistance to make your car-buying experience as smooth as possible.
Do you mark up my interest rate if I use your financing?
At Harbro, we believe that you are entitled to the best interest rate that you have earned, and we do not mark up the rate the bank approves you for, because we feel it is a deceptive practice that can cost consumers thousands of dollars in extra finance charges on every car sale that they may not be aware of.
Do I have to use your financing? Can I use my own bank?
While we offer convenient financing options through our affiliated third-party banks and credit unions, you are not obligated to use our financing services. We understand that you may have existing relationships with your own bank or credit union, and we are happy to work with them to secure financing on your behalf. Rest assured, we never mark up the rates offered by our lending partners, ensuring that you receive fair and competitive financing terms. Are your prices negotiable? What is a "No Hassle" Price?
At Harbro Auto Sales, our commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction is reflected in our "No Hassle Price" policy. Our prices are set, as we believe in providing you with the best value from the outset. By including all costs in our upfront pricing, we eliminate hidden fees and markups on interest rates. This approach not only saves you time but also ensures a straightforward and stress-free car-buying experience. Our dedicated team works to competitively price our vehicles, allowing you to make an informed decision without the need for negotiation. We prioritize transparency and are always available to address any questions or concerns you may have about our pricing policy.
Testimonials
As usual Harbro service went above and beyond. Service people were accommodating when there was a mixup in where I was having service done. I was at the wrong service center and they told me that if I drove to the other service center that they would take care of me. They even offered a discount for the mixup. I have been dealing with Harbro for 25 years and would never go to any other dealership.

The staff at Harbro is second to none. From making the appointment to getting the work done. We had 2 vehicles in for oil change and tire rotation. The tires on my daughter’s car were bad….and I knew we had to do something before winter, before we got there. Andres told us he didn’t want to waste our money rotating them, because we needed new ones anyway. Having the Honesty and caring about their costumers mentality, will bring us back for future service.

Best place to get a vehicle! This is the second vehicle we've gotten here. The experience was so good, my son just bought his first truck here. It is a family place and we highly recommend the whole family get their vehicles here. The staff is so welcoming you'll feel like you're at home!! It is also the only place we are getting our oil changed at as well. They are quick and efficient and will work around your schedule. Definitely give them a call!?

Andres and Mike were professional when an issue was identified following repairs on my vehicle. I am grateful and truly respect the way they resolved my concerns and had my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I will recommend them and return for future car service based on my recent experience. I would also like to acknowledge Tammy during my previous visit for her professionalism and knowledge as she explained the suggested service that would be beneficial.
