As usual Harbro service went above and beyond. Service people were accommodating when there was a mixup in where I was having service done. I was at the wrong service center and they told me that if I drove to the other service center that they would take care of me. They even offered a discount for the mixup. I have been dealing with Harbro for 25 years and would never go to any other dealership.

The staff at Harbro is second to none. From making the appointment to getting the work done. We had 2 vehicles in for oil change and tire rotation. The tires on my daughter’s car were bad….and I knew we had to do something before winter, before we got there. Andres told us he didn’t want to waste our money rotating them, because we needed new ones anyway. Having the Honesty and caring about their costumers mentality, will bring us back for future service.

I had a warning light come on telling me my right rear tire pressure was low. I was unable to get the valve cap cover off due to a bad cap. They took me even though I didn’t t have an appointment. They had to replace all the valve caps. So thankful for the fast service. They are a good garage.
